Welsh Kidney Network Chair

Ian has worked in NHS Wales for over 40 years. He began his career in pathology before moving into a variety of senior management roles. Ian was head of informatics at Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University Health Board prior to his retirement, but he would not describe himself as a "techie”. His interest in using information and technology is to support frontline staff to deliver high quality services and provide better experiences and outcomes.

Ian is also passionate about developing people and has worked as a facilitator with Academi Wales and as a leadership development coach.
